Are you OK with Pizza Slut and Taco Hell?
I tried checking out other blogs again, once more using the "Next Blog" link on the top of my own page. I cannot really recommend this.
Here is the only post (from today, though, so maybe there's more coming) from my most recent attempt, entitled "Bad Service Everywhere":
"Best Buy --Worst Buy
My 79 yr old Mother purchased a portable phone from "Worst Buy" in May. She just discovered that it does not allow her to let people into her apt. We called the 24-hr assistance 1-866-bestbuy to be met by continuous busy signals - that a telling clue. We went to the local store for assistance - ha a joke. The replacement warranty is honoured, however she must return the phone and in 2 to 3 wks she will get a "gift card" to puchase another phone at the local store. But first my mom needed to have an internet PC to get the shipping code to return by UPS. - HA A JOKE. When we try to get the shipping code there is a greyed out area for manufactuer that is a required field, so we cannot get the get the shipping label to return. Unfortunately, she purchase a new TV from this store two weeks ago and we have had nothing but problems with Rogers HD. I will not buy at Worst Buy again. Unfortunately for my Mom's sake I will need to deal this company again. But my eyes are wide open, and I will tell anyone I know not to purchase from there if they expect any type of service!"Other highlights included:
A blistering critique of Levi's 501 jeansA girl who is sad because Travis moved out
A local Animator's Guild president's blog
Some pretty nice photography from Canada.
Plus one page of links to car insurance companies, and one which was a news filter looking for the words "most popular."
On the plus side, I now have a link to my friend Craig's blog in my links section. On the minus side, he doesn't have any postings yet.
