Black and White

I'll do a full post later with more, but this one is just to say that there are 46 (!) new pictures on the Flickr site.





I'm pretty happy with today's batch, which covers Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, Big Ben (and the Parliament House), the Thames and a bunch of random stuff.

The shots seemed to feel like black and whites to me, so I put them all up in that form. Except for one that was of foliage.

There's a statue of George Washington which has a funny backstory. He had vowed never again to set foot on British soil, so when they decided to put in this statue, they shipped a patch of American soil over, and put the statue on that.
