What totally cool shots! Love the photojournalism story. Brilliant done, Maht!
Very nice.
These tours from everyone are so cool! We've seen so much. I love it.
Thanks for doing this!

Is that daylight streaming in through those red tinted windows? I didn't know bars were open during the day. I like the shot of all the glass bottles.
Is that called a diner, or a cafe, or...?I like shots of places with ketchup, salt and pepper shakers, sugar, cream, and desserts (I am looking at, oh so fondly). Do tell, what are you drinking iced? All that comes to my mind- water (but it doesn't look clear enough), or milk (doesn't look white enough), or chocolate milk (but it doesn't look brown enough), so what is it? Doesn't look like soda, do they have iced coffee at places like that nowadays? I know, I am no detective.
Nice series. I'm always a bit nervous about "public" shots... Nervous about being observed observing...
I've got chunks of the Berlin Wall--does that count as a "fall" theme?
;-)
Is that a gin and tonic? ( :
AbVan: Thanks so much. I have to admit it's harder than I thought it would be to do a photo post every day, so it's really nice to hear that you enjoyed these slightly recycled images.
Scarlett: I agree. I'm floored by how fun it has been to see the contributions from all over the world. So many places I might never have otherwise seen.
Taffiny: Yes, that's daylight, although I had to cheat that shot somewhat, so it wasn't quite so streamy in real life. I think these pictures were taken at around five o'clock in the evening, early in the summer, maybe. And that's either a cafe or maybe a bistro or something like that. Definitely a tad more upscale than a diner would typically be. As for your detective skills, you correctly deduced that that is an iced coffee, so maybe you should think about getting your PI license and going pro?
Kyklops: I'm often the same way. And then, sometimes, I get bold and take some anyway. Your Berlin Wall photos definitely count. Enjoyed them.
Verilion: Wow! Good eye. Weird that two different people came by and correctly identified the drinks in the photos.
Brilliant shots, Maht. And, what kind of drink is that? :)
